Since launching our main product – SCALGO Live – in Denmark in 2016, we have added 8 new countries, and we now have more than 20.000 users spanning all the Nordic countries, UK, Germany, Poland, and France. We are continuing our growth journey by adding more European countries and we will also be launching in other parts of the world.

The position as Head of Finance & Human Resources
As the Head of Finance & Human Resources you will be responsible for the basic financial operations of the company, human resources, and the strategic development of new processes within both finance and HR as the company grows.
The Head of Finance & Human Resources will solve the following important tasks:
- Control and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials to the CEO
- Follow-up on annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Managing the invoicing process
- Monthly bank-, debtor- and creditor reconciliation
- Management of the annual audit process
- Overall responsible for salary payment
- Managing subscription agreements
- Continuous improvement of business processes related to finance and HR
- Administration in relation to existing branches and offices in Denmark and South Korea, as well as opening new branches elsewhere.
- Legal tasks related to employment contracts, personnel law, tax matters for foreign market developers, etc.
- Taking the lead in finance- and HR-related projects
- Large and small adhoc project tasks in close collaboration with the CEO
To solve these tasks, you will be working closely with our lawyers and accountants, so you don’t need to be an expert in all these fields.
We expect the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ worth of relevant experience within administration in relation to finance, legal tasks, HR etc.
- Preferably a relevant educational background e.g. cand.merc.aud, cand.merc.jur, cand.jur, cand.oecon, cand.scient.pol or the corresponding level of knowledge and competencies – however your experience within administration of critical business processes is more important.
- Good communications skills. Our Head of Finance and Human Resources needs to be fluent in spoken English and Danish, as well as, advanced in written English and Danish.
As a person, the new Head of Finance and Human Resources is well-structured, detail oriented, persistent and a strong communicator. The candidate is driven and wants to develop a broad range of critical and strategic tasks within finance and HR in an international company.
Our Head of Finance and Human Resources needs to be focused on maintaining stable operations and developing smooth processes within a broad and important area of responsibility within the company.
