Data fees for UK data
As outlined in the Scalgo Live Terms of Service, downloading and viewing data from Aerial Photography for Great Britain (APGB) can in some cases accrue a data fee.
The fee for viewing data is computed per map tile delivered from the Scalgo Live backend to the user's browser. Once a map tile has been accessed by a member of an organisation, and the corresponding data fee has been accrued, the same tile can be freely viewed again by any member of the same organisation within the same calendar day.
The price per map tile per day is given in the table below.

The fee for downloading data is dependent upon the area coverage and the resolution of the data that is downloaded. The exact function for calculating the fee is determined by Bluesky International (the licensor of the APGB data), it is implemented in the Scalgo Live backend and provides any user with a price estimate before the user downloads data.
To give an indication of the pricing we have included the table below showing the price for downloading 1, 10, 100, 1000 and 10.000 km² of aerial photography in different resolutions.

Once an area has been downloaded in a certain resolution, it can be freely downloaded in the same or less detailed resolution by any member of the same organisation within the same calendar year. This means that for any download we deduct areas previously downloaded within the same organisation if those areas overlap the current download, they are within the same calendar year, and they are at the same or more detailed resolution.
