SCALGO Live Documentation

Early Warning

Our early warning system produces Flash Flood Event maps using actual precipitation data as input to the Flash Flood Map computation and indicates which areas have standing water (assuming a "glass-surface" terrain model) for that particular precipitation event. Areas that are flooded after a given amount of rain are colored blue. Use the slider to select the time period of interest. The map will show the precipitation for that time period, along with the resulting Flash Flood Event map.

The early warning sytem is only available in limited markets. Contact SCALGO for more information about this feature.
