Support – System Requirements
Browsers
SCALGO Live supports recent versions of the major browsers:
Older browsers, such as Internet Explorer, are not supported.
Websockets
Scalgo Live uses a technology called websockets to communicate with our servers. If you are receiving error messages regarding websockets inside Scalgo Live, there is a good chance that they are blocked by your corporate IT policies. You can search for a simple websocket test page (there are several), if you want to test this for yourself.
To solve the problem, please contact your IT department and ask them to remove the restrictions for our domain. They would need to remove restrictions from *.scalgo.com.
